It appears that in the Usa version, this doesn't happen, A big difference between European and Usa versions are the dll ( which we need to register ) which are called appEU.dll and polcoreEU.dll instead of app.dll and polcore.dll. I reproduced the problem with Wine 0.9.17, 0.9.18 and the CSV snapshot.
