That's not a good idea. The correct native/builtin choice depends both on the
version of the native dll and on the Wine version being used. As Wine makes
progress, the goal is for builtin to always be the right choice. We don't want
the app to be hardcoding a configuration that will most likely become incorrect
in the future.
