I confirm. After installing dotnet2 game started. But only black screen, cursor and "Loading..." text.
I have this message too if i use the Reloaded crack... Without it, the game crash like i said in comment #2. I fact, after to press "Enter", the game is loading because the "Rockstar Game Social Club" window must be appear to log in. When you are connected in the RGSC, the loading is finished and the main menu appears.
