[Bug 13048] Mouse cursor is invisible while in game of Dark Age of Camelot

No, the mouse cursor is not animated, I think it has something to do with the
game using directx. There is a hack to fix it located at
http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=6307 but most
people do not not know how to recompile wine.
