http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11445 Summary: Medieval 2: Total War: water covers the land Product: Wine Version: 0.9.50. Platform: PC OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: directx-d3d AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: knan-wine(a)anduin.net CC: stefan(a)codeweavers.com Created an attachment (id=10575) --> (http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=10575) screenshot, bad state Seems like a z-order issue in rendering. In short, on the campaign map, where land should be rendered on top of the sea background, the sea is rendered instead. Fiddling around with in-game graphics settings or OffscreenRenderingMode doesn't change anything. The demo doesn't have campaign mode, so no free download. Appdb comments seem to confirm the bug. Bisection points to this commit: commit e4f8a2da2b601964aa4261cb1617ba41f58b5a69 Author: Stefan Dösinger <stefan(a)codeweavers.com> Date: Sat Nov 10 00:19:19 2007 +0100 wined3d: Depth stencil fixes. Reverting the commit fixes the issue for me with 0.9.54. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
