[Bug 17834] Very slow startup

I am have network printer LJ2300.

I am clear my .wine directory and reinstall it. With no effect. Any
configurations of Video card tested. Now It's Ati Radeon 9700. 

Do you test my software on your PC? Maybe then you are see this BUG ?

Or maybe I'm can run this software with WINEDEBUG options to see what is
problem ?
