[Bug 47265] Strarcraft and StarCraft II crash immediately on launch

In Wine-Staging 4.7, Starcraft Remastered would launch then drop to the
background and was not playable.  In 4.8, Starcraft Remastered worked
perfectly.

StarCraft II has worked perfectly in all previous releases of wine-staging
until 4.9.
