[Bug 42292] The Witcher 3 fails to render correctly after starting a new game

dcl_input_ps_siv bug 41173 and dcl_input_ps_sgv bug 41786 and dcl_input_ps bug
40873.

If the assumption (?) is correct seeing these bugs closed should improve the
visual quality of this game. If these bugs are really the cause putting them
depends on field would give better tracking view at bug tracker.
