Texture problem is due to DXTn.
There is an interesting message I don't have with native:
fixme:d3d:fixed_get_input Unsupported input stream
[usage=WINED3D_DECL_USAGE_NORMAL, usage_idx=1]
This may be the cause of the vertex problem.
