[Bug 29837] SimCity4 Rush Hour crashes in less than five minutes

Downloaded and installed the most recently released SimCity 4 Deluxe (1,1,641)
In software mode, identical results.  Crashed on second attempt to do anything
with the graphic.  (was extending an avenue).

Will attach console log, which appears a little different.
will attach exception report from program which appears to be as useless as
before.
