[Bug 39121] The Quest Editor crashes when loading an expansion file with a "surface map"

I can't test this bug for some reason.

I downloaded the editor and the .pdb file.

I run the editor from  sub directory called editor that was under my home
directory. That worked fine, but when I tried to load the file from the same
directory. the application doesn't see any loadable files. 

wine version wine-5.0 (Ubuntu 5.0-3ubuntu1)
