Looks like it was Solaar, it puts a file in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d/ called
42-logitech-unify-permissions.rules which adds TAG+="uaccess" and
GROUP+="plugdev" to anything Logitech. I can probably live without this, but
I'm wondering if there's a way to block wine from touching these devices
without removing it?
