Ok, I have just given up reporting anything to bugzilla - I did not realize its maintainers were looking for excuses to eliminate bugs.
I HAVE tried this with 3 different Wine versions, and they all failed the same way.
You're using a modified version of wine, with the pulseaudio patches; and apparently, it crashes in Pulseaudio. If you obtained wine through the Ubuntu repositories, you should report this issue to launchpad. This is not an "excuse to eliminate bugs". It's something that can legitimately not be fixed in Wine.
