[Bug 19908] wine jack audio out is mono

I just tested with wine-1.1.28 and found the same problem.

I would have thought this was more than minor? wine and jack would be a very
useful application of wine for serious audio system integration projects if
such features were implemented completely.

I suspect the fix for this would not be difficult.
