No changes in Wine 4.17 and git (as from commit
b360cd67e8f7f8c01f09457bacb032fd4a248d0a). Tried Wine 4.0.2, but the main page
won't load.

I'm pretty sure the launcher's background service (gfservice.exe) is making use
of WMI/WBEM to run processes with admin rights, so it doesn't UAC prompt the
user when running under Windows.
