[Bug 38206] Sound clicks in Blizzard's "Heroes of the Storm" and "Diablo 3", and also some slightly annoying clicking in "World of Tanks".

Please, don't rollback the patch. It really fixed the issue for me :) I played
Pillars of Eternity for 2 hours and my sound was not distorted.
