[Bug 58167] Pegasus Mail immediately restores window

Seem like something changed with Wine 10.17. Now the Pegasus window can be
minimized. However, it seems like the next mouseclick is "stolen" and Pegasus
is restored. I say "stolen" as I would expect a mouseclick in another windows
should set focus to that window, now it only restores Pegasus.
