Installing on RC3:
Receive lots of output of "Unable to open DDE communication with the Program
Manager" [w/ Abort/Retry/Ignore button options] - when you click ignore enough
and close all the ProgMan instances that have spawned, you'll uncover an
installation successful dialog.

Running on RC3 - crash attached as Simtower rc3.
