This issue persists on Wine 10.7 on Linux Mint 22.1 (Xia) using the NVidia
Driver 570.133.07 on an RTX 4070 Ti.

Other issues were also noted (Extremely dark despite maximum brightness,
inability to see most textures underwater), however this issue is specific to
the bug at hand.
