Wrapper to run otvdm in Wine

Since a0425b9610a2925459141d466774fc10360833ed it is now possible to run
Windows port of winevdm in Wine. I'm attaching a wrapper to properly load otvdm
in Wine. This is known to be a workaround for bug 51249 and bug 50092. The most
recent version of otvdm must be used, latest stable version (v0.7.0) does not
work.
