Somebody looked at this bug to see how to install wsh,
so here's an update: the best way to install wsh 5.6 now is

rm -rf .wine
wget http://kegel.com/wine/winetricks
sh winetricks vcrun6 wsh56

To display the cscript banner, you currently have to do
wine cscript | cat
The extra "| cat" is there to work around bug 5541.
