[Bug 13702] Splinter Cell 1.2b: Graphics are broken

Turns out that this is the _exact_ same problem as in bug #24276. When properly
installing libtxc_dxtn the graphics and menu are displayed fine (just forcing
S3TC on also works OK I think).

I really think we need some sort of warning when S3TC is detected as disabled.
Wonder how many more bugs depend just on this one DRI config option..
