[Bug 13608] Test tool on windows makes XP completely reboot

Although I agree it could be a Windows (driver) bug there are now several
people that reported that our winetest crashes their system. As winetest is an
aid in our efforts to conform to Windows it would be nice if we would make the
effort not to to crash people's systems.
