Oh missed this part:
0009:err:module:import_dll Library MSVCR80.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Microsoft Money 2007\\MNYCoreFiles\\UTLSRF07.DLL") not found

So it can't load the MSVCR80.dll. Why? Was it installed?
