Made a monoDX MR: https://gitlab.winehq.org/mono/monoDX/-/merge_requests/2

This will need a slight update to the build files in Wine Mono as well to
rebuild properly. If you want to try this in Wine Mono, make sure you do a
manual "make monoDX/FixupConstructors/.built" before any other build step.
