Thanks! "wine64 regedit 123.reg" does import keys!

But how [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers] key is relevant to the 64-bit wine?

Is it bug or should I close the issue?
