[Bug 30896] Fails to run Heroes 3.58f since wine-utils package is gone or after upgrade: 1.0.1 to 1.2.3.

There's no such thing as wine-utils officially from winehq, it's probably
something your distro provides. Consider updating to latest development release
and reinstall a game from scratch (also you'll probably need corresponding
wine-gecko package too).
