However the patch in bug #27511 fixes the crash for me (Alsa is used here, no pulseaudio). It is probably nothing to do with the crash you reported but the game requires the newer Xact2 libraries (XAudio2_7.dll, XactEngine3_7.dll, Xapofx1_5.dll). Instead of 'winetricks xact' use the verb 'winetricks xact_jun2010'.
