Only keep run_on_d3d12(test_mode_change)

Added a patch commenting out all of the other tests.
I also confirmed that this still happens with 8 GB of RAM and when using the
QXL GPU with the 10.0.0.21000 (virtio-win-0.1.221.iso) driver.
