It's really hard to decipher terminal output/crashdumps from a shaking video. There are various video recording tools for Linux: SimpleScreenRecorder, recordMyDesktop, OBS, ... Anyway, in the terminal output at the end of the video I spotted the message: "couldn't initialize OpenGL, expect problems" which is a hint you're missing one or probably more 32-bit dependencies on your 64-bit Linux host. The crashing process is 32-bit. Since you claim it works on pure 32-bit Linux host make sure you install all the needed 32-bit libs on the 64-bi host too.
