I tried the latest 64-bit version of Photo Supreme Server and it no longer displays this bug (still doesn't run, though).

I tried it too from http://trial.idimager.com/setup64_PhotoSupremePostgreSQL_V4.exe and it doesn`t run indeed, but it`s not due to gdiplus issue ( tried native gdiplus, didn`t help) You could open a new bugreport for that if you want.
