Try this:

step 1:
apply Patch [1/2]

step 2:
run
    $ autoreconf -fvi
in the wine-git base directory

step 3:
apply Patch [2/2]

If you don't have ccache installed this will probably take a while to build,
sorry.  Let me know if it works ;-)
