As soon as I get time, I'll try with the demo too. Anyway, I am running OpenSUSE 10.3 on a Pentium 4, GFX: Ati X850 Pro, SND: SoundBlaster Audigy LS. The fact that I am able to play the game with no overhead or lag, and sound completely working should prove that my system works.... The issue happens only with the cinematics. If there is some kind of logging that you may find useful, let me know.
