Sorry, I mistook my own attempts and did compile.. I just added -ldl in the new
Makefile.in (somehow that failed first time, but it wasn't the actual edit, but
the patch format). 

Anyway, it didn't seem to work on the issue with dragon age, but that was not
in a clean prefix, which I will need to get aorund to test and feedback if need
be.
