[Bug 28282] Sound constantly crackling in lot of games

Thank you very much. For some reason I get a lot of cracking in a game since
3.13-staging (doesn't happen in 3.12) and it may be due to this patch, so I
will try to compile staging without it.
(also sorry for bothering with asking all of this, this is all probably in the
bug description but that part of the page doesn't render well on a phone)
