It could be seen this way, but I think we should keep all of them open for now,
until fx_2_0 is mature enough for any useful test case. Otherwise we'll be
losing affected application names, downloads, logs, etc. But that are targeting
specific missing bits in e.g. SM4 are different, since it's already usable.
