I'd like to ask other people experiencing this bug to confirm that their wine process (exefile.exe) eats nearly 100% CPU. If that is the case, then this bug might be direct consequence of bug 19202.
I can confirm that each time I tested I had the 100% cpu usage issue. I can sometimes get EVE to run with a lower CPU use (that's rare).
