Actually, on XP a window cannot be resized larger than the screen resolution.
In Wine the window can be resized larger than the screen resolution (even
though the application will not use all its surface, as this bug is actually
about).

I suggest closing this bug, and creating a new one, reporting that a window can
be resized larger than the screen size.
