[Bug 42242] BioShock 2 Remastered complains about unsupported hardware, crash on start

Hi,

i forgot to add in my last comment that the game does not complain about
unsupported hardware or missing dx version. It tries to start showing a small
Bioshock 2 icon and then crashes.
