[Bug 14933] FileTransfer for HP200LX not properly show size main window

Still in wine 1.7.35. Looks worse when compared to comment 0, I only see a
small title bar, no program screen. I can get to the menu by pressing ATL+F.

Works fine in XP, the window is not resizable.
