[Bug 19244] Mavis Beacon crashes wine and enabling +relay works as a workaround

Mavis Beacon 20 now works flawlessly with Wine 1.1.28 or 1.1.29 using an NVidia
6200 card or better with the version 180 proprietary driver. With the ATI
driver, the mouse cursor draws inaccurately.
