Confirming, WDML_CreateString which is being called by DdeCreateStringHandleA
understands only CP_WINANSI & CP_WINUNICODE codepages.

Even thou MSDN specs only above two as valid options, running few tests with
different code pages succeeds on Win2k and WinXP.
