Output of running vcrun2008sp1/vcredist_x86.exe with WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay

I am using Wine 1.1.28 on Source Mage GNU/Linux built from source with no
additional patches. vcrun2005sp1 installs with no errors.
