Yes, I could try another, but WinUAE is the best and fastest and is the most
developed of them all, so I really like to be able to use it.

Did a small capture with tcpdump in AmigaOS 3.9 with RoadShow TCP/IP stack of
downloading a small file from local fileserver, same like before.

This dump can be opened in Wireshark and actually says tcp out of order in a
couple of places...
Don't know if it's of any use to you, but trying anyway :-)
