[Bug 17618] winecfg does not set drive type correctly for Local Hard Disk choice

Yes the winecfg "local hard drive" setting is now stored to the registry
correctly, thank you.

However this still functions as autodetect as mentioned in my related bug 17619
.

I am not marking this resolved yet because "Local Hard Drive" is functioning as
autodetect.
