Why don't you got that? If you would have read http://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17203#p80666, you would know that you haven't done the correct stuff to get this fixed. 32bit wine uses the 32bit libxcb which is in the package emul-linux-x86-xlibs (on 64bit gentoo). This is what needs to be fixed by you (or off course by gentoo - https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=436780#c14). Sorry, I could nothing do for you, if you ignore the hints I gave you.
