[Bug 45211] Steam LTE 4G connection, instability

Within another game which has problems and nothing to do with steam i get the
same error-messages.

Its always getting stuck at messages like this. There is something wrong with
wine handling this or maybe something within the regedit needs to be changed,
with my previous normal internet connection there wasn't any kind of error like
this. Its only wine having connection timeouts and something like this, playing
games via other software runs without problems.
