This should be done in libs/wine/mbtowc.c,check_invalid_chars_dbcs() instead.
Thank you for your comments. Third hunk of the patch is for check_invalid_chars_dbcs(). Why did I patch into check_invalid_chars_sbcs()? Because some SBCS codepages, e.g. CP1255, have a same problem.
