I tried wine version 1.1.24 and couldn't get past an unhandled exception. The
winetricks fontfix did not help. Wasn't able to get far enough to see if it was
rendering the blank pages correctly or not.

Tried the latest git and it does not fix the problem either.

Installing gdiplus through winetricks did improve the appearance of parts but
did not restore the missing items.
