Lego Rock Radiers crashes on startup without an unhandled page fault on read access. I think that this can be related to d3drm which I know that Lego Rock Radiers uses.

Have you tried running the game with native d3drm.dll? See https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12851 d3drm hasn't implemented the main rendering parts yet (viewports, textures, frames and their dependancies) I'm planning to implement them in the coming months.
